The material-time travellers case contains a number of glass jars containing snapshot moments in the lifecycle of a garden tree, from shoot, through to blossoming/fruiting and onward to decay and eventual absence. The case also contains a clockwork wheel around which the material-time traveller would place each specimen jar in order of its place in  the cycle noting that, whilst the material-time wheel can only travel in one direction, every view includes every jar
